Dan Greenfield, a Mercer Law School graduate, joined our firm in 2003, after working as a Staff Attorney for the Georgia Court of Appeals. Dan handles a variety of litigation from magistrate court to jury trials, with a special interest in appeals and post-conviction relief. Dan has argued hundreds of trial court motions, and dozens of cases before the Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court.
Charlie Nye grew up in Douglasville, and has been with Jack F. Witcher since 2008. Charlie is highly proficient in the specialized areas of Social Security Disability and Bankruptcy law; he can guide you through the maze of Social Security hearings and appeals, and file your Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy to put you in the best financial position possible.
Nathaniel, a California native, received his law degree from University of Georgia in 2002 and joined the firm in 2004. His areas of practice include Criminal Defense and Domestic Relations (including adoptions, divorce and custody disputes). Nathaniel appears often in Superior, State, and Juvenile courts in West Georgia and beyond.
Cassi Witcher, the next generation of Witcher lawyers, received her J.D. Cum Laude from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and joined the firm in 2011. Licensed to practice in both Georgia and Alabama, Cassi works primarily in the area of civil pre-trial practice.
Max Witcher, a graduate of John Marshall Law School, practiced law for over 30 years before joining the firm as Senior Counsel in 2011. His main areas of practice include Real Estate (including closings), Wills and Probate, Business and Corporate Law, and Social Security.
A lifelong Bremen resident, Jack F. Witcher obtained his law degree from the University of Georgia, and has practiced law since 1967. Since founding the firm in 1984, he has earned a reputation for conscientious advocacy and dedication to his clients. Jack F. Witcher oversees all cases, with an emphasis on Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Insurance claims, Wills and Estates, and Real Property disputes.
A 2002 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, and a fluent Spanish speaker, Kate Bounds joined our firm in November 2014. Kate is licensed to practice in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee, and comes to us from Birmingham, where she concentrated in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and landlord-tenant disputes.
